I noticed that when I don't specifiy the path for the forum image (logo) the RSS page tries to display the pciture but when there is no links it displays a box with an "x" like this pciture shows; top right-hand side:

 
The forum default page does not display an "x" even if an image path is not specified which is good...but the RSS page does...
 
Could this be fixed?

The main forum uses some ASP to check if an image exists, but RSS Page uses XML and XSLT so works differently.

hm. simple fix was there for "beta 2" I guess:

 
now you will have to fix 2 files in the same way (wrong path in <url> tag):
  1. line 252 in RSS_post_feed.asp
  2. line 239 in RSS_topic_feed.asp

delete an extra variable and the line of code should look like this:



 <url><% = strTitleImage %></url>
