Should be this...

Const strTxtPleaseEnterYourUsername = "Please fill out the form below and a new password will be emailed to your registered email address."

Also this...

Const strTxtEmailNewUserRegistered = "The following new member has regsiered on "

Should be this...

Const strTxtEmailNewUserRegistered = "The following new member has registered on "
