	i set up WYSIWYG is on, but only administrator can use WYSIWYG, other user cannot use WYSIWYG, only display use the Basic message editor. I want to why? help me ,thanks! i setup 8.0 RC1 .

	Make sure that the WYSIWYG RTE editor is enabled from the admin area. Your users may need to update their forum profile to enable it for their accounts. Also it only works for IE4,5 and 6 (not 7 at present due to a Microsoft bug) and Mozilla and Firefox on all platforms.

	OK, now is good, i don't update their fourm profile. but , i have a problem, when other user the Basic message editor,they can successfully upload image. only submit fail. the error is such words: "can't display homepage, server problem" if only the text not include image can be submit successfully. thank you very much! b.g
