Hello.

I suggest to add new options in administrator area.
 
Add new code which automatic replace some charather.
like: :) to Smile
 
Like MSN Messenger
 
 
Advanced option!
Admin can allow or disallow this option.
Users can personalize his smails by select package of smails which will use. Meybe can use different smails of different package of smails.
 
 
 
P.S. Create christmas smails which can be used on Christmas. Wink

This options in Quick Replay when you click on icon Emoticons will open new windows. Meybe you can create with user LAYER.
