Mod Request: Admin can edit email subscriptions

When someone subscribes for email notify for a topic or forum, and they delete  their email adress, i get all the '550 5.1.1, user unknown' messages back. Can a good programmer create a page where i, as administrator, can edit and remove the email subscriptions from my members?

Now i have to do it directly in the database, which i only can access from home..
