index.asp, you must be running a different forum as there is no index.asp page, unless you mean the default.asp page.
Check your setup as you should be OK.
If you are just refering to the fact you can't login then make sure that you have cookies enabled on your web browser, also IE does have issues with cookies unless you connect directly to your site, eg. don't use frames, IP masking, domain name masking etc. If you do feel it maybe a cookie problem try using Mozilla or another browser as they don't have the cookie problem IE suffers from, if you find you can login using another browser then you need to change the way your site is running so that IE can correctly use cookies.

is this a known issue? cause i cant even find a topic on this issue, if there is i certainly cant seem to find it
