hey,
 
when I m trying to post in my forum.. I don't apply bold font when I m typing.. but it gets posted .. then everything appears in bold  Confused
 
what's the problem...??

Have you modified the CSS file for the look of the forum?

If so it sounds like this is your problem, you have set the part to display the post as having bold text.

yes i have modified css.. but only table background color and border color .. nothing else.. Confused
 
but then why it's tampering with text and font size ??

If you could give me a link to your forum it should be much easier to tell what is going on, without having to blindly guess.

Are you copying and pasting anything? Sometimes if you copy and past the text will go to bold, but once you post it wont be bold.

Example would be if you copied a username and pasted it into the WYSIWYG box.

I was copying text and then pasting it in post msg box of the forum.. but as u said it doesn't remain normal after posting it..
 
When I paste it in post msg box.. it remains as it is.. but when I post it.. it becomes completely bold..

It's so messy .. that I don't dare to show it to the genius creator of such amazing forum..  and to cause u headache..

If you are pasting from word you should use the paste from word tool in the full post page, this will remove all the crap that word places into the text.
