Today, When I have enter my forum.. I have seen that all the topics were closed. Is it a bug or 1 of my Staff by mistake have set something in the Admin section so they all close ( by I don't think there is such option )

Maybe someone is hacking the forums and just before a min i saw the forum got closed.

So how to prevent that ?

Sounds like someone has used the function in the admin area to close old topics and have choosen to close all topics that have not been posted in since todays date.

Normally you would select to close topics that haven't been posted in since 6 months ago, but looks like they must have choose the now option.

Sorry I forgot the bit on how to prevent this.

Only have yourself as the an admin, don't let anyone else use the admin account, and don't choose to lock all topics that have been posted in since todays date.

I thrust my admins I know them long time before.. but I have changed my Password and others did that too

And made a Back up, and I have deleted the Admin section for now ..

is there any thing else to do ?

The database has become corrupted, download the database and compact and repair it in access, it's found under the tools menu.
