a small error with RSS!

I use Newfeed from my forum at http://luyenkim.net/forum/RSS_topic_feed.asp to Joomla portal at:
http://luyenkim.net/Joomla/index.php?option=com_newsfeeds&catid=4&Itemid=7

Here is the link: http://luyenkim.net/Joomla/index.php?option=com_newsfeeds&task=view&feedid=1&Itemid=7 This news was read from http://luyenkim.net/forum/RSS_topic_feed.asp

Here is the link: http://luyenkim.net/Joomla/index.php?option=com_newsfeeds&task=view&feedid=15&Itemid=7 This news was read from http://forums.webwiz.net/RSS_topic_feed.asp
The second read is OK. But the first No thing is read!!!

We use unicode - utf-8 for my website!

Please help me correct this!

I changed all RSS file with "utf-8".
It seem OK, but the text imported to other site is not right display.

P/S: I tried to import RSS feed to Google site. The text doesn't display right.

I changed RSS encoding to utf-8 --->
includes/setup_options.asp
RSS_xslt_style.asp
RSS_post_feed.asp
 
http://luyenkim.net/forum/RSS_topic_feed.asp I can see right characters. But when I see the source, some wrong characters. I can't view NewsFeed or Nothing is displayed. (as mentioned above)

If I changed RSS encoding to iso-8859-1. I didnot view right characters at :
you can now see at  http://luyenkim.net/forum/RSS_topic_feed.asp
But I can view wrong text through NewsFeed

Maybe, some encodingHTML functions do not work well with utf-8.
Could you help me to use change the code so that It could export good unicode character.
