Yeah, it is. We had better stay away from this discussion to, as everyone has their own opinion.
For another I'm Feeling Lucky one, try "french military victories". I thought the idea was kind of funny for that one, though the page it goes to has an outdated google look.

IIRC, it was an exercise to learn a little bit about how search engines used referral links. People put links to the destination page on their sites. All the link text contained the word "failure" although it is not contained within the destination page content.
The moral of the story was not to just have people link to your site, but to also have them all use the same link text containing your keywords/phrases.
