Skin doesn't show up MySql Version

I installed the program and created the database and everything seems to be working. But there is no design to the forum, just text. What could possibly be wrong here?

The forum uses the web servers memory to cache frequent database quiries like the skin.

By trying to load the forum before the database was setup the cache on the web server has the wrong data for the skin.

But don't worry, simply login into the admin area, click on the Skin Configuration link, and then hit the submit button, this will reload the data into the web servers memory for the skin.

This problem won't happen again now your forums database is setup.
