Security Code error

When I try to login as Administrator on my website an error appears:
 
 
Error

The Security Code entered did not match that displayed.
A new Security Code has been generated.
I am sure that I am typing the correctly Security Code that is appearing.
I've ready configured the site and the password is defaul:
 
  • Username: - Administrator
  • Password: - letmein

    • I am using the version 8.04 and my website is: www.technomix.com.br/forum

    Please, someone can help me !

    It looks like your server has an issue hold the session data in the web servers memory.

    This could be due to either a problem on the server you are using load balanced web servers, you are using a web farm, etc.

    You should contact your web host about this and get them to look into the issue.

    As a last resort if your host can not fix the problem, you can edit the file 'functions/functions_session_data.asp' in notepad and follow the instructions in that file to setup the database to hold teh forums session data.
