I have installed 8.04 version of forum on my organization's web site.
I have built Hebrew version and everything works fine, except for e-mail notifications which are received with incorrect encoding by all users (all Hebrew characters become question marks, including message body and subject). Where to set e-mail encoding?
I configured this forum to use CDOSYS component to send e-mail.
My users read e-mail mainly with Outlook and Outlook Express, but messages already appear with incorrect encoding when still on receiving e-mail server.
