Email Notify Issue

If a member subscribes to a thread and that thread is then moved to a private forum, the email subscription remains active and working despite a member not being allowed access to that forum.

Example.
We recently had a thread where a member deliberately posted less than family friendly content on our site. The thread was moved to our admin forum so we could view the content and discuss what action to take against this usually good member however, they had already email subscribed to the thread, as had many others and were able to view our private discussion.

Maybe add to v9 a facility for admins to see who had subsribed to a specific thread and be able to remove those subscriptions.

I'm writing a mod for it now and will share when it is done.
