Why doesn't WWF produce proper URLs like other forums do, for example on my site if i click on the PS2 Games forum, this appears

 
I would much rather have something like this
 
 
Will this be in future versions of WWF

It is a proper URL, if you want the URL's to be in the format you mention then you would need to install a component on the server like ISAPI_rewrite or linkFreeze.

These components can re-write the URL into the format you mention. I'm afraid though that ASP on it's own can not do this.

I looked at both of these products.  The seem to do the same thing - what am I missing?
 
I like the idea of using the component, but which one would be the best?

LinkFreeze is much simpler to use, ISAPI_Rewrite requires you write complex regular expressions which can be quite difficult to do.
