if we have page's witch we often make updete, so

it's better to use the link in page's like

Both are different, one is to reference an external script file one is to include the contents of another page.

Thanks for replay, in case that we want to include a banner or side menu its better to use the :

?? Did you read my reply? <script .....  is for client side script like VBS or JS. You want to include a file so I guess the question is answered right there. You might do well to do some reading on the basics, not to offend you but you should have a basic understanding of what you plan to do.
