Husk at udkommentere Unicode UTF-8

Hi!
Im having some problems with Swedish language. I´m translating the entire site into Swedish, and all the menues are working fine, BUT, the topics and posts are all screwed up (weird characters). I´ve tried fiddling around with the encodings, but either the menus are screwed up, or the topics and posts are screwed up, I can´t get them to work at the same time. I suspect this has something to do with the translation between the SQL-database and the forum, but I´m not sure. Any ideas?

I have tried to use it on a local version 9.04 WebWizForums, and I think it works OK.
(selvom danksk (og ikke svensk) er mit normale sprog)
