however at now for this newspad ver 1.x how to i assign tag in first page to gain news preview?

In your newspad directory there is a folder called extras. In it, it has a file with a code that you can use to display news on your website's main page.

i discovery it! thank you very so much! now i can integrated recent news into first page!

err...i also discovery forum folder also got extras folder.
however, recent forum post program and recent news bulletin cannot work together into same first page cause by same program variants.

You could use a search and replace to change the variable name in one, or you could place one of both into IFrames.
