make name, location mandatory?

We need to make sure that new folks put a location AND real name in.
I know they can lie about either, but we'd still like to try to force new sign-ups to put at least something in the real name and location/country fields.  Just so if they don't put something there, they can't continue........


Also, can the country/location field be increased a bit? Places around here often have long names and we're a couple characters short at times.

Ah, then we'll wait patiently!  (but anxiously, if that makes a bit of sense - darned Yanks)
