I think that it would be a great idea if mods and admins could warn a member, and perhaps when a member gets 3 warnings, they get banned for a week or something.

Very cool idea. What would be even cooler is if after 3 bans they get DDOSed... hahahaha  - just being silly. But yes - that would be cool to ban repeat offenders... however, that has already been gone over... one fellow a while ago just kept signing up again with different user names. It probably would be VERY low on -boRg-'s list of things to do.

You could incorprate it with ip and email banning.
