I have a suggestion for the Members List. Change the default sort order to sort by posts, showing the people who have the most posts on top.
Another change that would be nice is changing the default sort order when you click to sort by posts. Currently when you click on "posts" on the members list to change the sort order, it sorts lowest to highest, showing people who never posted before. You then have to click again to sort it to see the top posters. I would think that most people who want to sort by post want to see the top posters, not the non-posters. Perhaps the default sort for that field should be highest to lowest so it shows people with the most posts on top.
