Common database errors
are discussed here - having looked around I would suggest that if people are expecting to have busy forums, that they use SQL or MySQL as their database backend, otherwise they may find that if their forum becomes very busy, they may suffer from different issues, none of which will be related to the software, but more because as Bruce says Access is used for more testing environments
