Hello all,

I would like to Start an e-commerce Business to sell my softwares in  indonesia ,do i have to register company in Indonesia to do an e-commerce Business?

I am unsure but I would imagine so, Even if you did not have to register the company there you would need to get a merchant account setup to accept there currency.

I'm sure there are certain laws you will have to follow.  In the mean time, have you ever considered doing some work through outsourcing websites?  Even in this economy there is still plenty of work for experienced ASP programmers.  Just a thought...
