mySQL, AspUpload and others doubts

1. Because, it will be a new website, I intent to start with the Starter website hosting. The storage space of 250MB is for all the contents and the 2 databases I will need (1 for the supporting the site and the other for supporting the forum)?
2. About the Database, that package says that accepts 2 mySQL 5.1 databases: The 250MB of disk space is also to this, or it implies specific space, and if so, how many space for each DB ?
3. On Components, it says that AspUpload is already installed. It includes the licence for using it, or it is necessary to buy it at Persits ?
4. Finally, how will be the final costs, if payed on the basis of montly, quarterly or annual based plans, for the following configuration:
• Starter website Hosting plan, with 2 DB of type mySQL 5.1, configured with 2 ODBC DNS's;
• The components CDOSYS and AspUpload working;
• Web Wiz Forum Premium Edition running.

  About the fourth question, could you detail the prices that WWG makes to the following scenarios plans of the Starter hosting package, including the Web Wiz Forum Premium Edition?

• The cost on a monthly base
• The cost on a quarterly base (Trimestral payments)
• The cost on a anual base

  Could you indicate those prices in Euros ?
