Is it possible to place the 'New Post Button' on all subsidiary pages (e.g. member list, search, private messager system, active user, member control panel and the FAQ pages for enhanced navigability?  If so, how?

You can copy the link that a normal "new Post button" leads to and add some images in the pages you mentioned and link them to that.
