Web Wiz Forums version 9.63 has been released which fixes a number of
security vulnerabilities as well as adding extra security hardening to
the forum and online Admin Control Panel. It is advised that all users
upgrade to this new release.
Changes
have also been made to sessions to cut down on the amount of data
stored while at the same time improving performance, as a result forum
sessions are now stored in the database by default. By storing the
sessions in the database they are less likely to be dropped allowing a
better experience for forum visitors.
