If Bruce and/or the mods feel this is the wrong place, etc, etc......

Anyway, we have the forum paid version, etc. hosted here running GREAT - quick, down time is non-existant, and we've become quite popular (especially considering our cars have been orphaned and out of production for decades)
We've been approached by some folks who want to advertise on our forum, sort of like a small banner ad.
We've decided a small ad in the upper right aligned even with the banner, but far right could work fine.
Putting up an image/ad/business card style would be easy, create image, link to the image and you show the "ad" image. However, we'd like to be able to track how often the ad is clicked and where folks go. Sort of like "your ad is working, it's directed 100 people to your site this week".
How can we do this? Is it easy?  Is there software for this? Or can it be written by someone?
Keep in mind 1 thing if it matters, webwiz hosts our site/forum.
Not some cheap/free fly-by-nite outfit with lame servers.

Thanks.

Other people have used Banner Man Pro from http://www.banmanpro.com for placing ads in their forum and other parts of their website.

It's a banner management system were it generates the code you place in your web pages and then tracks the impressions and click troughs.

Xigla has some really nice and easy to use software (in both classic asp and .NET).
Bannersoftware: http://www.xigla.com/absolutebmnet/index.htm

I use many of their product, even integrated with the WWf forum, and it saves me 1000 hours of coding Wink

Thanks for both answers...... give me hope there's an easy way!
the fact that you both have stated they work with WWF is a good thing, of course, I'd expect them to since wwf is pretty modular and well built.
