Web Wiz Forums 9.67 Maintenance Release - Event Date: 24 March 2010

This latest release of Web Wiz Forums aims to fix a number of bugs and other issues found in previous versions of Web Wiz Forums.

One of the most annoying things about posting in a forum is when you have spent ages writing a big long post only to submit it and find that your session has expired and you've lost the post. Arghhhhhhhh!

This latest release of Web Wiz Forums aims to resolve this issue with a new session ping feature that will ping the server from Post and Private Message Forms every 60 seconds keeping the session alive. A fail safe has also been built in so that in the event a server or connection problem occurs and the session has been dropped you will be warned about this before the Post/Private Message is submitted.

We would encourage all Web Wiz Forums owners to update their forums to the latest version.
