    Posted: 27 March 2010 at 5:14pm

I am getting a holding page when I look at a number of my web sites, e.g. www.thruthecatflap.com. My customer reported this to me this morning.

Ftp says account is temporarily suspended. Web mail does not recognize password.

Anyone else having this problem?

The account has been suspended by the system because the service lapsed on the 19th March.

The account has been re-enabled, but if a payment is not made then the system will automatically suspend the account again tomorrow morning.

You may want to check that your email address is correct as email reminders would have been sent out regarding the renewal of the account. You can also setup automated payments to avoid having to login to make service renewal payments.

Thank you Bruce. This is entirely my fault. I had not set up the automatic renewal for the account. I have paid the fee and will make sure it goes through next time.

Please accept my apologies.

The site is up and running Marcus and it is easy to overlook a renewal. Glad it is all sorted for you
