As WWF has matured into a very capable product, a host of new features has been added.
I would like to suggest adding options in the administrative interface to enable/disable various features of the WWF, such as:
- RSS feed
- Social Networking sites
- Anonymous logins
- Display of various information to guests (visiting users)
- PMs
- ... and many more
I'm aware that this change requires a number of changes, but it would also allow forum admins to upgrade more easily. Personally I have a list of 15 or 20 modification I need to (re)implement after any updates, many of these deal with disabling functionality that my sites doesn't want.
