Migration Problem from v7.92

   Hi,

I try to migrate from 7.92 to 9.69 with MSSQL 2000. 
Update complete norrmaly, but when I open forum link...there is empty.
In "Forum Administration" I see all my old topics. I can't change forum details - 
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server ошибка '80040e2f'

Cannot insert the value NULL into column 
'Author_ID', table 'forums_my.dbo.tblPermissions'; column does not allow
 nulls. INSERT fails.

Try to register new user:
