	I remember that in previous versions there was a means for an Admin to send out a batch email to all members, although I never needed to use it. However I have a need for that now and can't seem to find the darned thing. I'm running version 9.69. This might be an "Oh Duh" question, but where is it? Or was the feature removed from the later versions?
