	Hi, I am seeing increasing members being informed that there account has been suspended when in fact this is not the case. The problem seems to be with mobile devices. (IPad) Anyone else have this problem? Is there a solution? I am running 10.14 with MSSQL. Thanks JIM

	Have never heard of such an issue. You could have a corrupted file or a modification that you have done which is causing the issue. Try upgrading to the latest 10.16 version which no modifications and see if that fixes the issue. Your members could also be confusing another unrelated error message such as the one you get when your forum session has timed out and are giving you incorrect feedback when it is another area that needs to be looked at.
