Upgrade from 11.03 to 11.08 No upgrade screen?

Hi
I just upgraded from 11.03 to 11.08.

I followed the instructions and then uploaded the new version, but when I went to the site address, there was no screen to process the upgrade.  No request for database info...

I got a database connection error, which I resolved by replacing the database settings file with the old info.

From there the site is back, but I'm wondering if there were any database changes between 11.03 and 11.08?

I upgraded from 11.07 to 11.08 and suffered the same. Instead I copied and pasted the four SQL database settings from the old settings file to the new and it works.

There are no database changes between minor updates, eg 11.0 to 11.08 so you can just copy your database settings across.

There are changes if you are using Access or mySQL as you can now select newer database drivers during the setup/upgrade process.

The issue of the setup/upgrade not being triggered has been fixed if you re-download 11.08
