Scrolling

If I have this code:

And I will not use this code to changes the scroller:

How can I then make 4 images to the right in the table !?? and have 2 of this in the top and 2 ind the bottom !!!!

When i do a mouseover on 1 of the top images i kan scroll up slow and on the other i can scroll up fast !!!!
and the same on the images in the bottom just the scroll up is now down !!!! 

someone that can help me whit a scroller like this and not like a normal scroller like to the right on this site !!!!

hvordan kan jeg lave noget hvor jeg har 4 billeder i højresiden !! 2 i toppen og 2 i bunden !!
når jeg så holder musen over så scroller den langsomt ned eller langsomt op på det ene sæt billeder og lidt hurtigere på det andet !???
