i want a tool which should keep a date wise log of all traffic coming in and leaving the computer..by recording the URL / IP from where the traffic came in or was sent..any one have an idea what progy shall i use??

r u asking for a server log? or a log to your PC?

i think u r asking for a server log file since u want URL logging...

there is a very New and functioning utility for logging the users can be found here: www.geobytes.com, but also I think that any server has a complete raw log files for the visits!!!

no.. i want a small utility for my PC to record logs of all data recive and sent along with to which IP / domain address they were sent and time stamp offcourse..

so i can detect if some malicious trojan or stuff has came onto my PC which is sent mass ping request or emails and stuff..and is not being detected by the anti virus

pretty much like the logs created by ISA server.. i wnat it for my PC at home to track all data flow between my PC and internet

sh*t no.. i want a software to crate and save log ot my desktop pc.. not read already created and saved logs!!
