i have a database (SQL 2000) which has data of prospective users, with fields user name and passwd. I have a form to allow the users create user accounts. A user will be allowed to create an account only when the user name used exists in the SQL 2000 database. Any code that can help me?

i would suggest contacting the asp people over at the asp discussion or database discussion...
