Copyright issue

I found a script (url by thekiwi) which will edit database online. i want to include in webwiz and make a new mod. will there be any copyright issue ? do i have 2 take permissions 4m them ?

The software is dbadmin, it also has compact and repair feature. i thought you borrowed code from there. they also have feature to edit the database from web browser. so, what i want is to put that and include it with a mod. do i need permission from them to just include it with their link also ?

if yes,i will mail them if you permit me.
