Can’t hide members emails?!?!?!?

Hello there,

Great software - easy to use but I've got a problem.
Members can't choose to hide their email addresses.

So far there are only 3 of us testing it but the only way that I can find to not show email addresses ( when looking at the members list )
is to delete it from the members profile.

I've been logged in as Admin and also as a non-admin user.
Still same problem.

Version is 6.34

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Ahhh....got it now.

Here's the fix I needed to do to make it work, because if by default I just leave it to "hide email" .... it doesn't work.

1) Intentionally choose "Show email"
2) update profile and logout
3) Intentionally choose "hide email"
4) update profile and logout

After doing this it now hides the email addresses,
but it still won't just hide them by default...without doing this
little dance.

Anyone else seen this happen or have and idea how to fix?
