Thanks a lot!

This error occured when I click a topic forum that created successfully anteriorly, and this new topic forum has been displayed under a category. Before reporting this error, I have check the FAQs in which suggested turn off Turn Off Friendly HTTP Error Messages in IE to get this detail error, it's also displayed as "HTTP 500 - Internal server error" before turn off Friendly HTTP error messages.

Now I'm very axious to learn how to settle this matter. what is the sure problem? Datebase or files?
