Hiya,

I'm looking to add a different colour for when an admin / mod comes online so you can tell who sort the server out if anyone needs help.

I've not a clue how to do this so if anyone can give me a hand would be great!!

you mean if you were an admin here it should be like this:

username changed to red..

 

if thats what you are looking for, you can add if lines in the username with different formatting for admins..

yeah thats what i'm after.

Mainly for online list at the main forum page at the bottom so easy to see.

What lines do i need to add and to white files.. bit new to forum admin etc.. Excuse the ignorence

i think you will have to edit it in all files where you want the username changed.. i tried common.asp line 388 or something, but that didnt affect the username on all places..

oh.. sorry didnt read what you had added to your last post.. if you edit common.asp line 388 i think it was, that will affect the online users list in default.asp

Surely there must be a simple include file to create that admin/mod username colour functions?

how am i suppose to do anything with that line?
