how to burn 900MB cd's ..the manuacturer says they can be burnt using nero but it wont work

Split it up using something like Total Commander and burn the segments on seperate discs...

Isn't there an overburn option on nero under the setup or preferneces section?

i have never tried to burn cds over 710 mb, but if the cd is 900mb it should work, at least if you enable overburning. if it doesnt work, it might be your hardware..

well i suceeded in buring the 900MB cd.. all u have to do is to change the values in the Nero setting for yellow and red markers which determine the max capacity and min capacity of blank cd supported..and also enable the overburn option..

i wanted to put all of office 2003 on one CD but didnt want to use DVD either.. and i suceeded

This is a typical symptom of the complete state of "boogeryness" that IT is in. "Yes, you can do it, but we won't tell you how because we're too damn lazy to write decent documentation."

I don't know how many programs I've bought with complete garbage for documentation. Sad really.

That was more or less a rant... I get so many support emails because the hardware manufacturers have crappy documentation, and people always assume it's the software that has the problem.
