Session cookies issue

Okay, I actually have two web wiz forums on my server (shared server). I have two websites, but they are hosted on the same account. They are in two seperate folders.

Now, they both work fine but the second web wiz forum is picking up information from the first one. It has people logged on that forum who are registered for the first one and even in the title of the board is that of the first and I have specified differently in the control panel.

When I send off emails, it sends off the information as if from the first forum. Is there anyway that I can make the cookies (or whatever may be the problem) unigue to each forum and not picking up on both (if I made any sense)?
