I've installed a new os, but cdonts isn't working anymore with the forum. The forum still has the same settings and all was working before in windows xp.

I did register cdonts.dll and put it in system32 directory. I allowed the extension in iis and have the smtp service installed as well.

I've got a simple email form on my website that works...Any idea why the forum doesn't send any emails?

try using CDOSYS.

Searched for a while now and can't find a decent tutorial about setting it up in iis.

I don't have a dot com domain name so does that mean I can't use cdosys?

I'd much rather use cdonts because if this...

A simple form works, the forum doesn't..there has to be something  that explains this.

Some more info about cdonts...I can't let it go :P

the message appearing in the mailroot under queue..it doesn't end up as bad mail or anything, so it should work..but it doesn't
