I installed RTE version 3.0 today (I didn't realize the version I downloaded was so old: I can't remember where I found it, but it wasn't here!)

Anyway, it worked really well on IE (at work, probably a way more recent version). I got home to check it an it doesn't work in IE 6.0! I looked in FireFox and it's great.

Do I need to update me IE at home, or do I need to install the newer version instead??

This is very strange it should work in all versions of IE 6.

Although I know there were some issues with some beta versions of IE6 that had bugs in them that would course issues.

Also, sometimes, software running on your own PC such as ad blockers, AV, security, etc. software can sometimes course a few issues.
