The RSS files are set to use UTF-8 which should work for Arabic, however, tyr editing the files satrting with RSS_ and changing the character encoding for the file.
If it works let me know

I don't know what else to suggest, apart from having a look at other RSS Feeds on Arabic sites and looking at the source code for their RSS Feeds and see how they are doing the encoding.
If you find a solution please let me know.
I would try looking myself but as I don't know Arabic I can never find anything on Arabic web sites.

It seems to be a very common problem as I did a search on google. One of the results was that at the BBC news website but I don't see any different encoding on their source code: http://news.bbc.co.uk/rss/arabic/news/rss091.xml
I'll keep looking..if I find anything I will let you know.

Borg hello again,
I have concluded the the following in regard to the RSS issue with Arabic:
RSS works perfectly fine when the encoding format is set to the default (which is set by webwiz forums when you first download it)
However, if you leave the encoding format at the default, another problem occurs but not on the RSS.
The problem that occurs is that when a member attempts to post a new topic using the Arabic alphabet letters, the subject title appears in strange characters. It looks like this:
تجربه |
The topic content itself is not effected, the only thing that misbehaves is the topic subject title!
My conclusion was after I released the new design of my personal site when I installed a fresh copy of webwiz forums.

You need to edit the file includes/browser_encoding_inc.asp and change the page encoding to one that supports Arabic.

Borg, I know that but do you recall the RSS issue? When I set the ncoding to the one that supports arabic, subject titles and topics will appear fine, but the RSS pages will not.
