Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0241'

Hi all
 
I've had the forum installed for a couple of days now. Last night at 10:00pm For some reason I couldn't load the forum page, it stuck for ages and then timed out. I don't know if that was a forum  problem or a server issue...
 
My reason for this post is the error message
 
Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0241
 
CreateObject of '(null)' caused
 
/forum/database/database_connection
 
The error above is incomplete but that was all i could save of it.
 
I got this today for about 10 minutes when there were three active members, does anyone know what could have caused it?

This type of intermittent problem is usually a problem with the server.

The server probably reset the application pool which cleared up the problem.
