When registering, all users get this:

Error

A security error has occurred with authentication.

Can someone point me in the right direction to start to look as to why?  I have used v7 on this same server with no problems.  This v8 was a fresh install.

Thanks.

It could be that the server you are using has a problem holding ASP sessions, things that can course this are:-

Load balanced web servers
Web Farms
IIS Web Gardens
Problems with the IIS app pool

If you can not get the problem w=fixed or are using load balanced servers, then edit the file functions/functions_session_data.asp and set the 'blnDatabaseHeldSessions' to True

This will force the session to be stored in the database instead of the web servers memory

Hey, thanks.  We found a conflicting javascript on that particular page and corrected the problem. Like I said, your other versions have worked fine on our server so I wasn't sure why this wasn't working.
