I have no way of testing this as I have not been able to replicate the error myself, but I'm 99% sure that the problem is now fixed.

I have gone back to including the submit action on the actual 'Post' button as an onClick event.

In the previous version this was done in a suppurate file, I think the problem was on some sites the server is setup to not allowing the caching of files, this meant the the external javascript file sometimes failed to load, or didn't load at the correct time, thus coursing the problem you experienced.
