How do I delete a user from the system?

In the admin section, or click their profile name on the user list / forum page, then click the "update profile" button, down near the bottom is a checkbox to delete them.

OOps, spoke too soon. I can't find any checkbox to delete the user on the profile page

It's not on the user profile page itself - you have to first click the "edit profile" button at the bottom of the profile window. This will take you to another page, where the checkbox is. Tick it and hit the "updat" button.

Failing that, it's in the admin section > Member admin page, once again a checkbox down the bottom.

OK - I have realised what the problem is. I was trying to delete the Guests user which does not have the delete option.

Is there a way of deleting this user?
